The transporting deposit company called Tóth Trans bought a real estate depreciated in condition in May 2000 - Siklós topographical lot number 310/5, the former "Tenkes Furniture Factory"- to establish its company seat. Following this the company formed its modern works site, its garage that is suitable for MOT testing. Sharing the large territory and selling some of the properties different ventures settled down dealing with industrial activities. Energy and public utilities were provided for the ventures by Tóth Trans Company. Realizing the advantageous position and possibilities of the site the company decided to found an industrial park. An economic society was formed in order to control the industrial park, and the new society competed for apply for the announced title "Industrial Park".

The Tóth Trans Industrial Park Managing Ltd was founded by Tóth Trans transporting deposit company with its representative István Tóth and by his daughter called Melinda Tóth on 28 September 2000 with 3 million HUF initial capital. The main activities of the company are the following: Property letting and running (numbered: 70.20.03). The Ltd was registered on 13 October 2000 at the Court of Registration ( official number: 02 - 09 - 067160, address 2 Ipartelepi street Siklós H-7800). The company has been operating since 2002 under the name of "S.I.P.-SERENA" Industrial Park Ltd.
Professional background, property status
The main owner of the Ltd, which was formed in order to manage and control the industrial park, Tóth István since 2004. The present capital of the company is 17.4 million HUF, and beyond that the real estate-lot number Siklós 310/33-in and 310/64-in the industrial park belongs to the company. The whole size of the industrial park territory is 22.4 ha.
Geographical position of the industrial park
The conditions of Serena Industrial Park are remarkably favourable. It borders on the bypass road of Siklós in the north, on a railway parking place, platform in the south. The nearness of the Hungarian-Croatian border is determining from market consideration. The border crossing point named Drávaszabolcs, which is situated 15 km from the park, before long becomes border of "Schengen". A "Lorry Terminal" is available in the park since 1 July 2003, which can hold 50 lorries. A public customhouse store and a custom-office was established, in which the operation will begin soon. From May 2004 a lorry wash and a diver's restroom are going to start working amplifying with the necessary social rooms and a buffet. For the moment there are 22 settled-in ventures in the park, 17 of them already are running and employing 180 people. "S.I.P.-SERENA" Ltd now provides infrastructural services like road, water, electric power, gas and security guarding for the ventures that settled in the park. Marketing advice, tender writing, accounting, economic and legal advice are available. The ventures operating in the park provide continuously growing logistic services for all the businesses of the region. The aim is to found a complex logistic service centre.
